    The M8 is the only coil i use on my core. Probably the best coil i have used on the sites with modern junk. Beats the 6 inch coils every time.

    Try doing some depth tests with your elite and compare to Manticore or the e- nox. You might be surprised. I have not seen an older vintage machine that can come close to the latest minelabs.

    I did some depth tests using the v 1.14 beta version 1 today. Early indications are that "Beast Mode" should be re named the Least Mode. The new deep target unmasker (DT) in my opinion will open up some heavily worked fields. It's worth trying , the beast mode in my opinion will not be popular...

    On some cheaper detectors deep silvers will sound off similar to deep iron junkers. I think ctx is a top machine on deep silvers. I have a Coiltek 10 x5 Coil bolted to my CTX permanently. Found it to be superb at picking coins from extremely junk loaded fields , much better than the standard 11...

    He used to literally beg his viewers for donations so he could "afford" new detectors to do tests on. Yes it was all about money for sure. No doubt at all. I do tests on detectors but i don't beg for money to purchase the detectors. Plus i think he is not short of a few thousand dollars either...

    Yes it's total nonsense. I have heard some beach detectorists have been reported for irradiating worms with the coil .

    Getting my M8 Manticore coil tomorrow.

    I got a gold ring with the M8. A good jewellery coil for sure. A 6 inch would be good too. Might be quite a while before a 6 inch is produced. If ever one is made who knows.
