    Thanks for that info DaveK-NC. FYI all, I managed to find the same more-or-less OEM AA battery holders here in Europe: https://www.ebay.fr/itm/30366435350...tmex3PNSinTO7Ybn5OLPCHI+k=|tkp:Bk9SR7axpdipYQ. They fit fine into my Fisher 1265-X, and cost only a few bucks.
