2 weeks ago I hit a spot that has treated me well in the past. It's on a hill behind the site of an inn built in 1790. I scored one of the indians early, on the base of the hill. I went up the hill and found a 4 penny spill: 2 wheats and 2 indians ih dates 1890, 1897, 1908. the wheats were 1916 and 1918. Also found a fired musket ball and a round, flat piece of lead- maybe another musket ball?
