This hill at local park has given me SLQ's,Buffalo and silver dimes from a very small area. First time with 10.5MF on 705 on this hill and got a 54' Rosie in the hole with the little copper button. Bounced 28 to 34 at 7" deep. I almost gave up. The PP showed a small footprint so I kept at it. Getting some time on this MD and I really like it. The seperation is great for the depth Im getting on this coil and finding new targets on EVERY spot I have already hunted with other MD's.

Congratulations.
Congrats. on the Sweet Rosie. I have been contemplating getting the 10.5DD MF for a while now. I mostly hunt in old large parks and although I have found a few barbers with my stock coil, I think that there is more sweet silver buried there. In your opinion, do you think that the 10.5 DD MF would give me a better chance to get the deeper silver. How is the pinpointing on it?

I have found that in my soil it seems to tune and GB so I can use pattern 3 with 24 sens. and its stable. I am digging deeper coins and missed silver with out alot of noise on areas that are hunted alot and fairly clear of trash. You cant escape the trash. I have to use a moderate sweep. The seperation is good for a larger coil and easy to learn PP. I like the XT705 w/10.5DD MF combo so much I see no need to go to the FBS Minelabs for my type of hunting. It has just enough features.
