10/6 coil for water hunting

anybody use the 10/6 dd coil on the mxsport to water hunt an how does it work for you? I'm thanking it could work a little better then the stock coil.

I haven't used it on the MXS but have owned and used several on my MXT's. I liked the coil, its light, but probably a floater in water because of its solid design which will wear you out.....IMHO.....I gave up on the 6x10dd years back after trying the SEF 8x6 butterfly coil. I found it to be much smoother operating and just as deep with better separation abilities. There is a video out with the SEF on MXT comparing the 6x10dd and SEF (done by Keith Southern) which shows an amazing difference in separation ability for the SEF.
Anyway, that's my 2c worth, my SEF almost never comes off my MXT and I haven't owned the 6x10dd for years.
Good Luck, Good Hunting
