Still working on getting the gold! If I was motivated enough, I'd get back in the surf and get those gold and silver rings that are littered up and down the West Coast here in SoCal!!!!!!!!! I think the heat plays a big part in swinging out there, at least for me it is and I for one am looking forward to cooler temps and my endurance bumping up!!!!!!! I really don't remember the last time we had rain here, it's been in the 80's and 90's for so long.....so that would be nice.
I look back on some of my better finds from the last few months (see pics) and that's where I get motivated to go hunting again. There is more than enough great finds like these and much better out there just waiting to be plucked!!!!
I have a spot lined out to detect but I need some rain to loosen the ground up and as we all know, wet ground is much better for detecting.
This is another beach find.....15-16 in AM just in the range that those pesky pull tabs come in at!!!...got to dig it all. H.H everyone!!
