Well I always set mine up with a nickel I would toss a nickel on the ground and run disc 1 up to where the nickel would disc out then turn it back till the nickel would sound off and leave it there you'll still dig some foil but not the small foil. If I was cherry picking I'd run it up to where a zinc penny would disc out and swing it that way.
