14K ring with diamonds!

I posted this find on the 'Today's Find' forum but didn't include any details there. This ring TID'd at 15 which you know is usually a pulltab and 14-15 a nickel signal!! So, although I don't always dig '15' signals unless they sound different from a pulltab, I will be digging more 15's just in case it's a ring like I found yesterday in the park!!! I just wish you could buy a detector which targets only gold signals...or at least dicrim's pulltabs out:.........but there again, most all of the gold rings would have been found by now!! One thing's for sure, my Safari came through for me again! Its an awesome detector!

Thanks all. One thing I have learned from detecting this ring is to NOT ignore those 15 signals in the future. I just wished it hadn't I.D-ed at 15 because I hate to think how many times I have passed them up thinking it's just another pull tab. The sound/tone was about the same as a pull tab but there was just a gut feeling that prompted me to dig. I think after passing over so many targets, in this case thousands of pull tabs, my brain/gut whatever instinctively told/prompted me to dig. You know the feeling right?!!
I have since passed my coil over this ring in different directions and it consistently registers at 15 so there you have it! I now have that gut feeling there is another gold ring waiting for me at that park......lol Not really but I'll do my best to see if there is

Yes My Wedding Ring ID's Right at 15....... so gotta dig all good repeatable signals above iron....... Same for all The other Detectors to, even The High $$$ ones.

I'm calling B.S. minelab FBS machines can't find gold! Everyone knows that! Ha ha great find I'm teasing by the way. Safari is great I have been huge advocate for this unit. Nothing is as simple and powerful as the safari. I use etrac now but take beginners out with safari and they find silver first time out.
