15"dd coil for the T2+

After my experience today with the new Superfly, I can feel a re-enforced trust for the stock 11” coil.
I took the Superfly on the T2LTD to an extremely challenging site. Large power lines and plenty of hot rocks. It was tough. Believe it or not, the stock coil is more favorable at this site. I couldn’t really believe what I was encountering. There was no setting I could use that would still get necessary depth for the site and keep the machine useable. This isn’t really a shot against the Superfly. Every machine feels effect of extreme EMI in this place. Audible and silent. So I left the area and was able to recover some good targets at depth. I did have some ghost signals, repeating on mineral apparently. I had a couple bullets in the 9-10 “ report as iron. I had it out last week in an urban setting and felt right at home with it.
It’s kinda like going to the grocery store to buy some Hostess Cupcakes and coming home with something else that looked the same then finding out it ain’t near as good as the real thing.
