1740 copper from the Field of Dreams

NH Bob

New member
My winter project is to clean as many of the old coppers as are worth cleaning. If you would like to see them as I get them cleaned I would be happy to post them. I don't expect you to jump for joy every time I post one that I've got cleaned. I'll post them for your viewing enjoyment. At the same time I want you all to know that I enjoy seeing what ever you wish to post also. Every find is a special find even if its a pocket full of clad.
Your call.

That new Half Penny has come a long ways in 200 years..King George has really cleaned up, shave and a haircut. Post away Bob, we got to have something cool to look at in these dreary winter months. Maybe I'll get a chance to put my finds in holders and actually get them in the binder. Then again if this warm spell keeps on, they will pile up on the desk as usual. Ron
