1787 Mass. Copper and Seated love token!!

Buddy of mine got permission to hunt a colonial era farmhouse that was active from the 1760's to the 1950's. Also found some buttons and knee buckles as well as a Silver spoon. (We gave our relics to the owner of the farmhouse to honor our agreement for him to allow us to hunt his property. (So no relic pics)

21 hours on the machine and the etrac has collared me 9 silvers, 1 Copper, 1 IH and about 12 wheaties. Just running Andy's coin program, just listening for the sweet repeatable sounds, occasionally checking with quick mask, and only referring to the TDI occasionally--just going by sound mostly. I'm really flabbergasted by the E-trac's performance!

very nice finds good for you

The engraving on that love token is awesome - very, very nice find!

That love token is awesome but since I'm from MA I really like that colonial cent. Would really like to find one myself. Have found a lot of old copper coins but most, unfortunately, are in sad shape. The old coppers may not come out of the ground looking pretty like the silver but finding a piece of American history like that always gives me a thrill. Congrats on the nice finds.
