1861 SKIRMISH MINIE ID HELP

I have now found four identical .58 minies at the 1861 Missouri State Guard vs Union site. Not sure if I have Guard or Union minies. All have half seams & somewhat of a sprue tip. Conical bases have no markings. I am guessing they are field molded or are cast manufactured????
 
Nose cast three ring bullets are REB. At least the ones I find up here are. Now the Williams regulation are nose cast but you can tell those from what you found.
