1877 church hunt

Goes4ever

New member
met with my buddy Nonickels today, we hunted an 1877 church, it looked SO GOOD........sure didn't pan out......but that is how it goes sometimes.....it was a 1917 day for me..........1917 merc, 1917 wheat x 2, and 1916 wheat. This place must of been hunted sure was quiet. I found the ring at an old school we stopped at.

it was plated at one time, but wearing off, no markings on it. I think it has some age on it, found at a 1930's school, was about 6" deep. I came in as a penny, so I am thinking it is made of copper

Regardless of what it's made of, I'd have it appraised asap. You very well could have a 2nd world war momento on your hands. Nice finds guy.

Hi Goes4Ever; What's your first name???? Second is that I will let you know the General value on that ring. Its worth about $ 150.00 I think. HIGHLY Collectible. People are crazy over that stuff. There s a HUGE market for it ok. I'll let you know. ok. PEACE:RONB :usaflag: :clapping:

PS; Just think. Just in time for July 4th. RB

Might be in my toy ring price guide. One would think there would be an 1877 IH at an 1877 church! :)

Nice ring and finds, Terry, and if you ever do sell any of your finds, I hope God will bless you with good prices for them! Amen! Ma Betty
