1903 Barber dime and U.S Flag

Went to a local old beach with the V3i,,had the 950 coil attached,,,had the beach settings,tide was high so I stayed on the sand but did the edges by the fences..,,this beach is hammered hard with other detectorists,,I zeroed out all the VDI numbers from -94 to -6..as this place has alot of iron ,scrap metal, nails in its sand,,..I got a nice high VDI number, dug 5 inches down,,and pulled out a 1903 Barber dime,,,:clapping:.my first,,,..i continued detecting and within a foot away,,,got the U,S pin,,nice,,,I did manage to get over 3 dollars worth of clad...turned out to be a nice day,,HH...TIM

thanks all,,I tried to go detecting at the same beach today but with the weather in the 70's and nice and sunny,,, surprisingly ,it was a little crowded ,,sunbathers..I will wait another day...HH,,TIM
 
Nice one Tim! We have a club hunt on the 29th at Jones come on out. I believe its 8am.
