1936 French coin

Gday from Australia,

I've been out of action for a while after a small operation on my right hand and complications afterwards
things are good now and I am getting back in tune with my 70.
I hunted yesterday morning in an old part of town and unearthed $22 odd and what I thought was just another washer ...
but, having found Japanese coins with a hole in the centre in the past, I kept it just in case.
After a clean up I was surprised to see an old French coin.
It is from the long lost French Indo-China era which is now the Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam region.
Happy detecting everyone.
