Hit my latest "new" spot to hunt this am. Got $8.34 in clad and a Spanish coin I was not expecting. It rang up a solid 64 / 65 and almost walked by but decided to dig since the signal was so tight. A 1957 25 PTAS Spanish coin. Not too bad for 2 1/2 hour hunt. I'm convinced nobody has run a coil over this ground as the signals are plentiful and at times a bit overwhelming. Was running 3 tone, gb 70 disc at 24 and sens at 70 to 75, any higher on the sens and the signals become too much at this school / park.

That is a good coin man! Always expect the unexpected! My oldest coin from the U.S. i found it in central Mexico in an old hacienda and my oldest coin from Mexico i found it in an old ranch 5 miles from my house. This is the fun part, at least for me, while detecting. Take care and regards! All the way from South Texas, almost Mexico.
