My first Walker took me a while, but after the first one they came one after another. Had 2 barber half, the a Franklin half than another barber half and the a franklin half. then one day a walker finally and from then on walkers were easy to find. I had even got a silver dollar before a walker. So if you are finding these old of coins like you did I think a walker is just waiting for you.

Thanks Rick, long time no see by the way. Have always appreciated your input! The Walker may be my favorite coin design of all time. No complaints from me though, we don't get to decide how we are blessed, just enjoy the thrill of the hunt!

Thanks Mark, I grabbed it over the Manticore as I knew I didn't want to spend half the day re-familiarizing. Just ordered a Deus 2 for my girlfriend as she is the biggest motivation for us to get out and hunt again, and i look forward to her handing my booty to me!

Keep digging beer cans! This was never meant to make youtube. It was live clips and pics being sent to my long time hunting partner who moved to Florida, so he could be there with me to see this as I did. Dug many beer can signals all day in this place with some history. What was about to be my last dig of the day for once wasn't a can signal! New hunters need to understand the level of restraint it takes to not rub the dirt off immediately by hand and the damage it will immediately cause. My methods aren't perfect but some lessons have been learned. JJ
