1st hunt with new Deus

Went to a church grove with Goodmore for a short hunt. Got too hot and humid for me but did manage a 1904 Barber dime at an honest 8". Had my GMax program at 12 frequency and it read 95 but very faint and barely showed on the horseshoe. Switched to 4 frequency and it sounded off better and showed more on the horseshoe. Biggest disappointment was the new Minelab profind25. Switched back to the GPP.

How do they compare. I would think it would be annoying to have an adjustable sensitivity. It should have been a simple boost switch like my Sidekick for the GPP (sorry had to plug it).
Playing around with an adjustment like that is just a pain in my book.

BTW, nice job on the first hunt.

Congrats on the new machine and snagging a barber. Sorry about the Minelab pin-pointer disappointment, at least it was no where as expensive as my disappointing Minelab CTX-3030:rant:
