1st time out with Smart

Went to a Civil War campsite that I have hunted with a lot of different detectors over the years. Wanted to hunt a area that is loaded with iron. Grass was way to tall to hunt. I did find a smaller area that has a lot of iron, that the grass was only 4-5" tall. First signal I dug was a Savage pistol bullet. Ended up with one bullet, 2 pieces of lead, a nice cuff button, and a small brass tube. The Smart was doing its job in this iron infested area. Cant wait till relic season gets here, so I can really put the Smart to work. The only thing I can see that would be an improvement for the Smart, would be to raise the non-ferrous audio tone to a level closer to what the Gold uses. I prefer the lower freq. of the Smart for penetrating in my fairly heavy mineralization, for people who are gonna say I should just buy the Gold. Happy so far. Mark
