1stTime out with my New F75 in my hunted out Yard

I have hunted and hunted my front yard with my MXT with a 12"
until I could not find any other targets in the yard today for the first time I tried out my new F75.. all I can say is HOLY #####... THIS THING IS DEEP !! all the targets I found was at 10 to 15" down.. Yes I said 15" !! The 1947 Dime was at 13" ..
can I say I am impressed with the F75 ??.. Hell Yes I Can !!..

I cant wait for the N/S Hunt..

Ya know I went through the same thing with Minelab. I bought an Explorer XS and in no way could I get it to out preform the MXT, depth, ID , treasure found, you name it I tried it. The XS did have a lighted screen that was nice. And guess how much silver I have found with the XS to date since 1996? One thin dime, a 1942 Merc. Guess what machine found two thin gold rings last year? Thats right MR MXT. Truth is I have had nine metal detectors since 1977 and the MXT is the best of the lot,. I will also add that my experience with Tesoro has been a living nightmare. I hope no one else has to go through that and I hope for every bodies sake this post does not get deleted.
 
....good luck with your F-75! I was just at an organized relic hunt in Virginia last week and I saw a few F-75 users. And what I observed personally was that they did no better at this hunt than the MXT users. In addition, I have to say that those that did use the F-75 sounded like a bunch of geese out there with all the honking and squaking that F-75 made. In the end, no one machine outperformed the others from my observations.

....I did see the new White's prototype PI machine out there as well. And evidently it found things the others did not at some very good depths. But I suppose that is because it is a PI machine and the ground we were working was highly mineralized.

that cracked me up:) ... but i,ll have to agree,seeing morris has 'defected',he should post his f75 finds etc in the fisher forum,while all us poor whites mxt/m6 users put up with our 'substandard' machines lol :) ..no seriously,start posting your beach finds that can spank m6/mxt/dfx users :rofl: .. oh thats right ::).. that wont happen too often:rofl: .. as dave johnson himself DOESNT RECCOMEND IT as a beach hunter ! ..gee even my troy x5 can get outrageous depth at the beach,run with great sensitivity,pick up the smallest good and bad targets at depths that cheeses you off,even digging in sand,and with the right operator,run as smooth as a babys butt, and with awesome seperation and recovery,all in disc mode (pull that one off with a f75 :)..dave j and the fisher manual recomend motion all metal for the f75),(dry and wet) and its a vlf single frequency AND FISHER MANUFACTURED IT(THE REAL FISHER) :) ..actually in all seriousness,there is no such thing as the 'perfect' all round machine,but with the loosely thrown about term 'all terrain' detector i think nothing comes close to that mantle except the x5.. that includes the mighty f75 and our beloved whites ....

no morris, glad you enjoy the f75,as the old saying goes,use what works best for you... EVERY f75,mxt,m6 etc etc in the right hands and situation is A GOOD MACHINE :)
