2 more injuns and a merc

Went back to that same site where I found the five IH's and found 2 more (and this is as clean as they're gonna get.) Also found a merc, probably the nicest one I've ever found. I also found a token that says T. coals on it the back has writing too but is hard to make out.

I like the look of those IHs just like that. Are you using the big coil? I hope so. It will get that deeper silver. Looks like you found a good site that will keep you busy for some time. At, my latest good silver site, I grid one way and then go over the same area in the opposite direction and I've dug some extra silver coins by doing so. All dimes as you've probably noticed.

I use my big coil almost exclusively. There is a portion of this site that is extremely trashy but I don't think the 9.5" would make much of a difference there as it's still a pretty big coil. If I had a scorcher coil I would give that a shot but I don't have one.

We're taking our computer to get it looked at and possibly tweaked a little so I won't be posting here for about a week or so but I'll be lurking from work. I hope you stay on track for your silver goal. I think you're due for a silver half, now go find it.

I'll settle for a silver quarter. I've found two silver halves in my entire career. That said, I'll take all the siver dimes the ground cares to bless me with.

I do part time computer "tweaking" as you call it. With todays cheaper PC prices it is frequently cheaper to buy a new PC rather than replace a motherboard or hard drive. I did a job last week for a friend who had been quoted a price of $298.00 from the geek squad. It took me 3 or 4 hours, much of which was sitting around waiting for files to download and install, and about 50 reboots. I would have charged 90 bucks but since he is an amateur apiarist and a friend we settled on 3 pounds of delicious fresh honey and free refills when I bring him back the jar. I just love iced tea sweetened with honey. He also lets me use his pistol range anytime. How can you put a price on the Second Ammendment?

I hope you don't get taken. There are too many techs out there who do a substandard job for too much money.
