2 possibly 3 huge thank you's

As some of you may have read I bought a Teknetics T2 from someone off one of the forums, seemed to have a slight turning on issue the day it arrived, then a few days later it would not turn on at all. Not sure what happened but hold no one at blame as anything could happen during shipment or just something out of the blue went wrong. Anyways I want to say a huge thank you to the fella I bought the detector from from sending me 1/2 the cost of repair out the kindness of his heart I did not ask him to do it. A huge thank you to Felix and the Teknetics folks for repairing my T2 so fast and getting it in the mail on its way back to me so quick. And finally a huge thank you to someone that I have no clue who to say it to, I will let my email that I received from Felix say explain -

Hello Steven,

Your T-2 has been repaired …………someone actually paid for the repairs but asked me to tell you in case you asked whom “it has been taken care of” and shipped via FEDEX.

I have no idea who paid for my repairs, maybe the fella I bought the T2 from, maybe someone on one of the forums,I have no clue. It sure surprised me, doesn't get much better than be part of the detecting hobby and all the wonderful people that are in the hobby. Thank you everyone!!!!! Will let everyone know what was done to my T2 and how it works when I receive it. Steve

What a great outcome..sometimes we need to be reminded that there are some very good people in the world...thanks for sharing with us Steve. Now, when you are hunting with the T2, you will be able to think good thoughts about the whole process you have been through. Every good find will be an absolute treasure. HH

I think you were right when you mentioned the person you purchased from was one of upstanding character. .. too many people air the dirty wash prior to talking things out,its just human nature ... hope it all works out. .. what's the old saying about integrity being what one does when no one's looking...
