Thought it was fake. 8" deep my brother walked over and said what did you get. he got more excited than I did. Shock maybe???

Congratulations, you have a beautiful Real de a ocho, minted in Mexico, during the reign of Felipe V of Spain.
The real of eight was the reference currency in the thirteen colonies, before the independence of the United States and it was also the currency that inspired the creation of your American dollar.
 
Oh snap that is a nice one, the 3 holes might have some significance to the condition and location!

I figured they had them sewn to inside of clothing in case they were robbed
 
Site where found was a homesite found on 1897 BLM maps of original survey of Indian territory(Okla.) I bet people collected old coins then just as they do now some little boy probably got his butt busted after losing one of his dad's coins. Nothing else that old was found there in 4 or5 trips
