When the body is weak from surgery or illnesses we tend to fall easier and, therefore, have to be more careful, especially when going up and down steps as they can throw a person off-balance! I am glad I have a hand-rail on my basement stairs, as I have to hold tightly to it to get up and down them! I get dizzy too often and have to watch what I do and how I do it! You may be a lot younger but you've been through a lot of stress on the body and mind and need to be extra careful, also! May God Bless! Amen!
