Many of my hunts were very short, so I would have liked to have gotten out more often and for longer times.
My Indians, silver, and wheats were down, but 4 Large Cents was a better number, 47 rings is my best ring year ever, and my best finds and highlights were
Returning that gold necklace and pendant to the nice lady from Moscow Russia, finding two rare tokens, Finding two Civil War bullets in the Iron Brigade camp, and most of all hunting with many people who I have not hunted with before. I am blessed!

That is why I call you a professional....even with short hunts you do terrific with the nice, old finds of coins, rings and etc. I wouldn't have done well at all compared to your finds had I went :detecting: here in our area! I don't water hunt! With high gas prices, I couldn't have driven very far to older places which are too dangerous for a woman, especially alone! Love the beautiful rings and you are blessed, indeed, Mike, me son! I hope 2009 is better for you to get out :detecting: more and more finds than 2008! May God Bless with the best of health for you and your family! God is gooood! Give Him praise and glory for all He does in your lives, for even in the trying trials of life, we grow closer to Him as we seek His help more and more! Ma Betty
