I received about 5 emails from legislators saying they got my email and thanks. I sent a few more.
The bill is still in subcommittee. And the bill sponsor says he is making changes to the bill required for the subcommittee.
It the todays schedule it was marked excluded but this is not the word they used.
We need to send more emails to committee members but they need to be criticism of the bill that would appeal to them. Give them a reason ...
There were impact statements done on the bills cost and legal ramifications. We might find errors in these. Things they didn't consider. I think they are not expecting any trespass or misdemeanors emerging from this. There were only 13 last year in VA resulting in jail. See the impact statement on the bill text page. Just wait till June on a good Saturday and there are 6000 of us out there digging. If they arrest people then there will be. Cost or legal!
