24 silver coins for June ...

June was a really good month for me:

55 hours detecting; 665 coins for $57.07, including 24 silver, 59 wheaties, and 1 large cent.

The only silver I found in June was a couple of sterling rings. Found something over $55.00 in clad (Not counting stinking lincolns). Congratulations on an outstanding months of finds.

June for me was a good month also. Over $65.00 in clad and a gold chain. Not one lousy silver. That's ok, did get 5 tokens, 3 hoot wheels and a cub scout slide. I got to see some beautiful country in the process. We, my lovely bride of 44 years an i did a road trip from California to Illinois via route 66. On the way back we came home inter state 40 except a detour through Kansas and Oklahoma. Went through Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Missouri. Beautiful drive. Good detecting also. Nice to be home, but I'm ready to go again.

you give me hope....!!!!! Out today for about 3 hrs shooting for old coin and only came home with about 65 cents in clad. Have about 20hrs in since I've got back into detecting after long hiatus and only 1 merc and about 10 wheaties. Having a hard time finding places to hunt. Knocked on some doors today but nobody home...will return.
