2500 found my second bronze lady

Weather has warmed back into the high 50's, so decided to detect a small park area in Charlottesville, Va off of 250 bypass.
Found several dollars in change and prepared to leave, then made a pass thru a wooded area on the way to my truck.
In the mulch, I got a hit which is similiar to a crushed can. Decided to dig and found my second bronze statue, it is gilded with a gold color. The statue of a ballet dancer lacing up her shoes measures 4 inches.
It will join the little mermaid found in another park about 3-4 years ago.

How deep was the ballet dancer? Nice find. My daughter is taking ballet.....so I can relate

Both statues were found under a layer of pine bark mulch embedded in the dirt just below the dirt surface, a total of 2-3 inches deep.
The ballet dancer was found in one of the newer parks, 4-5 years old.
Not a lot of trash, so I dug all hits.
