Just saw where the Sunray Excel probe won't work on the new Edge . :rage:
 
the Edge uses the C$ coil, or a completely new coil design?

it's about the small difference in operatring frequency.
 
over two years for Ralph to build probes for this C$ I have. I just hope I don't have to wait that long for an Edge probe too. I do use a Pocket Probe for all my 'tektors without SR's available so I guess it's not the end of the world. I just like that ol' tone ID for down in those d-e-e-e-e-ep holes. :)
 
or is it slightly diff?? Both are 6 something right? I just thought it wouldn't work on the C$??
