2nd day with my new 305..Got a ring/wheats/mercury dime

WOW!!! I am loving this x-terra 305!! its a good machine..here is proof of the puddin'..
Top row is misc. pennies
next coin down is a regular dime
Turquios ring..has some stamp inside but I cant read it, however its not from corraion..looks like its from wear
below the ring is a lead ingot
A cincinnatti Gas-Electric lock dated 1953
A merc dime 1943
A Pitman-Moore Rabbies vaccine number 14179 dated 1935
and 4 wheatts in lower right hand corner...
anyone have good suggeestions on getting the tarnish off of these coins and etc?
