Thanks to my New 6" DD 18.75kHz Coil for my :minelab:X-Terra 705 from Richard @ Backwoods Detector Sales:super: after just a hour and a half I found my 2nd ring in 14 days. :detecting:It is a 14k gold ring with 2 diamonds(3rd stone is missing). I am just giddy....LOL!

Congratulations very nice find.

I envy you. My ground is frozen now.

Jason...My wife also purchased a 6"DD18.75kHz coil from Richard for my xmas present. I'm looking foward to using it in some gold streams in my area. Very nice ring..keep it up. HHTomB

SWEET Find! Congrats. Looks like that coil "paid for itself" in one hunt! Keep using that little DD coil and you'll be surprised at the good stuff you'll find, that others have missed. HH Randy

Great find on that gold. A real beauty! :clapping: I have yet to find gold with my x705 stock coil and getting frustrated. I will be looking at a better coil with higher Khz or other options.

It bounced between 6 - 12 but stabilized and got hard 8.

Thanks All, Jasin

Wow what a great ring, well worth the investment for that new coil, can I ask how much they are,I might look at importing one latter....thanks

Way to go! I loved my 6" coil, it's a secret weapon............

I needed to correct the TDI for Beale. It was bouncing from 20-24. Then settled on 24.
Sorry bout that,
Jasin

Can't wait until I can afford a new coil for my Ext. 70. Saving up for the 6" DD. Been laid off most of the year so can't justify it at the moment. The bad part is having all the time to hunt and not having a better coil. Still using the stock one. Congrats on a really nice find.
