This is Montrose beach, Chicago IL. Once summer comes, I'm gonna sweep the area. For all the regulars, don't worry, I promise that I wont venture into the water, just the dry sand.

nah, its some kind of concession stand/ bathrooms. I don't know why the sand was piled up like that, maybe to help stop erosion from the wind coming off of the lake. This place is 10 miles from my house, and I have never been there before in my life.:rofl: I like it, and it has a big hill which some sledders were going down, football and soccer fields, and a pretty big tot lot. Oh yea, and a big harbor.
 
there are tons of goodies just waiting to be found! :)
