3 hour dive with the GGA

Finally got a chance to dive with the GGA... I didn't have to worry about missing signals while breathing. Althought the signals was not blaring during exhale, it was loud enough to let me know that I just swung over a target... I managed to get a 10k 1960 class ring, 14k with a jade stone, 14k Hawaiian ring and a wedding band from 1941...

Congratulations! Nice rings

Awesome finds, I think the GGA's are a bit louder. I still have difficulty hearing the signals over my breathing....

I just bought the ML 6" coil which makes the trashy areas much better. I found four buffalo's, one 1914 wheat penny, a silver rosie, merc, and 61 washington. All in an area I have hunted heavily with my Excal 1000.

I love the 6" coil especially in the water...I have used the stock coil many times in the water and it does give great coverage... but the 6" may not cover as much ground but I can swing it faster in the water to make up the coverage and it gives me more depth than the stock coil and it is awesome at pinpointing so recovery time is faster... with the 6" coil I can almost run it almost wide open at 27 manual, I have to turn the 11" down to 17 to be stable...
