3 rings in a day

3 rings in one day, but no gold eventully I will find something real. Will the real stuff ring with the same #,s on the fisher f2 as the junk?

I doesn't work like that, it is all about size and material. A small gold ring will come in with a lower number than a large gold ring and sizes in-between will come in at other numbers. Now silver will will start off with a lot higher number even with a small ring and goes up from there with size.

That gold is for the most part running in with all that trash, but your are finding rings so you are doing something right.

Yeah, what Ron said...you are in the right spots if you are finding rings..its just a matter of time before you'll be posting gold or silver ones.

three rings is a good day in my opinion keep digging pulltab and nickel and foil signals to find gold you have to dig alot of trash hh

Anywhere from foil, up to zinc can be gold jewelry (depending on the size). Usually if you are digging pulltabs/nickel numbers, you won't miss the gold unless it's pretty small. LARGE gold rings can come up as zinc.

Congrats Joe!!!! You're doing great! Rings are always fun to find, even the costume jewelry, at the very least, you get that rush, even if just for a brief moment! Keep it up and the real stuff will come! I've found two silver rings, but no gold for me, either! Let's see who can find it first!
