Hunted an older homesite today with my friend Tony. Barely scraped the surface. We will definitely return to this site when time permits. Found three silver dimes. 2 Mercury dimes (1919, 1920), a barber (1916), a buffalo nickel (1926), a few suspender buckles and a nice crotal bell. We only hunted for about 2 hours. I'm sure this site is hiding a lot more. My buddy Tony found the half of the batwing buckle in the last picture.
