3 tot lots ....

zeekeys

Haven't been out much. Just wanted to get out today it is so nice. So decided to do a few tot lots close to home. It was so nice to be out. All the jewelry is junk. I thought the blue and black thing was a paper clip. Again wrong.... I looked up Fitbit and came up with a $90 pedometer basically. It has a lot of other things that it will do. Thanks for looking and Happy Trails.....Z

Man! A fitbit! Thats a good name for the metaldetector! Or even better, new technology that could be incorporated into the machine, that tells you how many miles and swings you made! :detecting: Nice good clean up job in the totters, Zeek!:clapping:

Thanks Tim when I hit 50 coins or more in an outing it is a good hunt. Coin counts don't count when I hit some gold or silver. Than it is a good hunt after that no matter how many coins I find.
Mud I don't need a machine to tell me when I have gone enough miles in swinging. In my case it is how many feet I have gone before the inner workings of my highly tuned body tells me it is time to go home for a nap.
I had a surprise here also. I looked at the coins and one of the nickles was a 1940.
I did hunt #26 today and picked up 7 quarters, 3 dimes, 1 nickle, and 29 pennies. 2 of the pennies were wheats from the 50's.
I am getting out but they seem to be shorter hunts. Hope as season goes on I will be able to stay out a little longer on the hunts? I seem to be getting a little slower now that I am 71 for some reason. My wife says it could be from the cheap boozes?:beers:
Thanks guys enjoy.....Z

Hey Mud, tape a pedometer by your coil and see what happens! :clapping:
