Bubba, as a newb to this forum, but not new to business, or faulty work, workmanship, or materials, I agree that you have take the right steps.There can be a lemon in EVERYTHING!!!! I just 10 minutes ago laid out about a grand for a new t2 ltd and I guarantee if I went through what you did I would not have been nearly as politically correct or polite as you. If some on here are offended by what your saying (actually asking for help) and how you asked I feel they are not very help-full in aiding you with your current situation. I will take heed from this and chalk it up as a biased forum and it saddens me that I may have relied heavily on this biasses when making my decision. The service after the sale is as important as the sale itself. I look forward to learning which posters are with which brand. I appreciate the considerate approach you used in addressing your problem. I hope that they man up and make it right.
