4.1 up date ???

Hi all, I got a new 9" HF coil and down loaded the 4.1 update, it don't seam to work right. I deleted the 4.1, and down loaded it again in my PC. Now do I just upload to my control again or do I need to delete it from my controller ?
 
What doesn't work right? How would you delete it from your controller?
 
Carefully follow the update instructions on the XP website. Just reload.
