I am still thawing out but here are 5 best coins for today deepest was 7 inches,1911 Barber quarter at 5 inches mixed in with trash and I hit it on the edge,1895,1889,1892,1897 I put one heck of scratch in1895 I have not cleaned Indian Heads yet I do not know how many wheats I have found still mixed in with clad. The junk was so bad I had to guess where target was could not pinpoint not to bad a deal with 6X8.I filled my junk pouch completely full been a very long time since I done that.Safari worked good.

Good job Prep, I guess it would be impossible to pinpoint with all that iron around you, nice finds, keep it up!!

good hunt. IH's look great! I love finding those things. I have yet to find a barber quarter yet, on my wish list for this season.

The 6X8 pinpoints great it is that this park from 1820 and is full of Iron I could not even set my noise cancel at times had to take a walk on far edge to noise cancel.I thought I had this park cleaned out but in 5 hours of hunting have found about 18 older coins and they really are not that deep.I dug a lot of other neat junk also but I dug at least 12 sguare nails.I bet I dug close to 50 holes today.I rode the sensitivity hard today in manual at 18.I got over one target I knew was deep coin switched sensitivity to auto would not pick up.Went back to manual 18 loud and clear was wheat at 7 inches.I was running disc +20 everything below disc. out. and still found large Iron at over a foot.

Wow Prep, that is some great hunting. You really stayed with it when a lot of people would have or did move on! You have sold me on the 6x8, just need to get the time to get home and order it!
Thanks for posting and the numbers!

Bunker314,

I ordered the 6"x8" coil over a week ago and Kellyco said there on back-order.
I don't know where else I can order from?

To Kellychick,

Last year I ordered a 6"x8" sef butterfly coil and waited and waited and gave up and ordered
a different coil.
Hopefully, I won't have to wait as long for this same coil, otherwise, I will buy from someone else.
Sorry, I don't have much patience.

I checked with our ordering department, they are trying to nail down a date for when we expect the 6x8 coils from our manufacture. As soon as we know a date I will notify you. Thank you for being so patient and understanding.

I totally understand that. Many of our suppliers are over seas and it can be tricky. We are working on methods to reduce the gap in time from order to fulfillment on a few of these trickier items! Hopefully the 6x8's will be in SOON!

I have the 8x6 coil on order at Kellyco now for my Explorer. I call every couple days just to check and so far not in. They dont have the 6" either. They have my CC # and are supposed to call when they get them. They tell me they come from Bulgaria so it's anybodys guess when they'll get them in. I suggest you get one on order as I think they are gonna go fast. The used ones that come up dont last long so they must be a great coil. BTW, great hunt Prep, Joe.

Surfman,

I did order the 8x6" last March 25, 2011. I just hope it comes in fairly fast
or I will order another coil from another company.

Regis

I made a order on the March 17th,2011. For the 8x6", I'm still waiting. I was hoping on getting it before Easter holidays. But its not looking good , because I live in Australia, it will take about week in the post.

Mine has been on order a little longer I think. Dont really have a lot of options. Kellyco is the only distributor here in the USA. Sucks big time, the detecting season is starting and you would think the manufacture would have them ready.
