A miner friend had given me permission to scan an area he was thru mining, i had a little luck, in a small gravel filled crack i had heard a nice tone , started cleaning it out pulled 6 dwt sized pieces and at the bottom was this 1.5 oz slug.. No beer so i did the gold shuffle instead...
 
Holy crap! Nice work. Definitely a keeper. As I always say, you never know what the next six will reveal. Thanks for the story and the photo. :thumbup:
