It's just that you haven't been in the right spot yet. If the rings are there, you will find them. Listen for those sharper and often weaker signals, like you get from a nickel. Sunglasses and steel bottle caps usually give bigger and broader signals, particularly at depth.

i aslo would like to express by feelings towards the craftsman ship in which this machine is built. looking at pics before buying, one wonders what it is going to be like................well it is like no other machine i have every seen or been around.
it is one heck of a piece of equipment. the bad part about this is that only us that own one know.
