5 for 7 now finding gold with my AT!

I have gotten gold now 5 out of 7 times out with my AT! I hit two different lake beds at swim beaches yesterday and came up with this 10k gold bracelet! I also found a couple of silver necklaces, silver ring, peace signs, about 19 new coins, and lots of fishing sinkers. Four of us hit a pull tab infested party spot on a lake Saturday and just about all of us dug silver. I found a really good size silver ring, silver earring, a silver drop, 23 new coins and 2 1/2 pouches of pull tabs. I put my AT in the Pro Mode Saturday for the first time still hunting in zero with the sensitivity cranked all the way up. I hunted the same way yesterday. I have also been using the new 6.5" x 9" coil and it has been working fine for me. It will separate targets, gives me good coverage, and I can swing it at a pretty good speed. We have three more warm days this week so right after I get my work done I'll be hitting the lakes! I am really impressed with this AT Pro on these beaches and I still have gold and spring fever!

I have AT Pros, coils, lower rods, extensions, stands, and metal arm rests for the AT in stock. Give me a call. I sure don't mind taking orders and talking while I am out hunting. I do need breaks digging pull tabs so that I don't get burnt out too bad.

Great finds Chuck! Very impressive results!
Curious, what did the gold chain sounds and ID like??

And as most of the air tests show, it really is hot on gold. The Garrett Gals will be following you around too. The one on the right is wearing the AT Pro bathing suit.

I stay away from the casinos. I only win about $3.00 a year playing two sets of power ball numbers twice a week. I am not very lucky, that's why I work a pattern when I hunt.

The gold bracelet came in at 42. All of my gold that I found with the AT has been in the 40s. The bigger silver chain hits in the low 40s too but the smaller one was 39.

I haven't weighed my gold yet but with the price of gold that keeps going up it won't take long to pay for it! You are right, the AT is hot on gold if you can get near any. I haven't seen the Garrett Girls yet, but that is one of the best perks of hunting in or near the swim beaches!

Did the numbers and audio sound/lock in well on the gold or bounce around?
Thanks for the info Chuck!

The AT locks in on gold! The sound did not bounce around at all and the numbers only varied a couple of digits 41 - 43 on the bracelet. The sound and numbers does bounce around some on the small silver chain but there are lots of detectors that won't even pick up little chains.

I haven't used it in the field yet. But air testing it seems to be less than an 1". Air testing as we know, is not always accurate but fairly close.

I haven't noticed any depth loss Frank. I was still getting pull tabs at 8" on the meter and in the hole. It is amazing how the newer smaller coils on these newer detectors like the AT, Explorer, E-Trac, and others has little depth lost unlike a while back when there was significant loss with the smaller coils. I still like my 6.5 x 9 because I can cover more area, still have target separation, and I swing it faster than the 4.5".

Yeah, most people won't dig pull tabs or they get very discouraged after a little while and give up. That is where the rings are though!
