Sure have. It does a great job in trashy areas. The DSP takes care of discrimination problems, as well as variations in coil-swing speeds. The 5X10 Scorcher is noticeably lighter than the 9.5 Imaging coil, so there's less fatigue. And you have a 10" sweep-path each time you swing it, therefore you still get great depth. But, now for the down-side. You sacrifice imaging, of course. No biggy, because of the DSP! The eliptical coil does not pin-point as accurately as a round coil, because, it's eliptical in shape. But that is still no biggy, just raise your coil a bit in order to narrow the detecting field. Hope that was not more information than you were looking for.
