705 is getting the Deep Stuff for Me

Clad2Hunt

Member
Used the 6" Con. and got the 1907 IH penny which is my first and a 1910 wheat. 5" and solid sound and TID 32 for both. Old torn down church grounds. Used the 10.5DD MF and got to hunt an area I have hunted before and had thrown everthing I had at it and got clad. These 6 coins were all over 7" and 8" deep. 38' Buffalo is my second one. I cleaned the patina off it and used same method to clean my unknown date buffalo. It is a 33'. 1917 and 45' Merc, 30' and two 45 wheaties and all in a 12'x45' frt yard.

That was a good hunt. Two silvers in one hunt wow. Good finds.

Awesome Clad, im thinking im gonna get an E-Trac for the depth! my 505 just wont seem to reach that extra couple inches, i'll keep it for backup and tot lots as the 6" DD is a tot lot slayer... CONGRATS on the silver man and the indian!!! aren't you from the west as well???

Nice coins! Getting that kind of depth is why I'll have no choice, but to up-grade after this year.
