705 Tot Lot Find

I've never done well in tot lots. It seems in my area, someone always get there first but I found this 14K bracelet last night right under a swing with my 705 and 5X10 coil. I've had the 705 for about 2 weeks now and I'm really liking it. It's a great compliment to my CTX3030 because it is light and great for searching grassy areas and swimming beaches for gold with the 18.75 Khz DD coil. I also found a gold ring last week with the 705.

Nice finds. That bracelet is probably worth $85 to a gold dealer which means that they would probably pay you $65 or so as scrap gold!!

Midwest Refineries pays 5% under spot price. Send it in registered mail when you have a bunch to sell and you'll get a check back in a couple weeks.

Nice, you never know what you might find and recently in the oddest places. Congrats!

Good ones!........The 5x10 is my fav coil at the beach....great for poking around tables,chairs,etc..After mine broke i was using the 6"HF till ML replaced it...It's a good coil and has its area of uses, but not at my beaches.
Got to try out the CTX at our club picnic last Saturday,...definitely a difference in weight...But still giving it some serious thought...GL

The 705 with the 5x10 DD (or 6 inch DD) 18kHz coil is a killer tot lot jewelry set up. I gotta get me one !

Nice finds
