8" concentric coil on the Nokta/Makro Anfibio. Nice!

I was able to get out for a short time and learned another valuable lesson. The 8" concentric coil from Nokta/Makro is awesome on their detectors. I used the 8" on the Anfibio in a local yard and found a well worn standing liberty quarter, and a 1920 mercury dime. The lesson learned is that the Anfibio separates good target just as well as separating iron from non-ferrous targets. What I mean is that in the 99 tone mode, both coins that were in the same hole gave two distinct ultra sweet high tones.

At least in my mind. Perhaps you have one of their two other Concentric coils confused? I use the 7" Concentric coil on a Racer 2 and one on the Anfibio Multi, and they also made an open-frame 9" Concentric. But an 8"? Hummm....

Does the Makro CF77 9" DD coil compatible with the Anfibio multi frequency metal detector. Has anyone tried it.

Thanks
