9.1 dwt sterling ring,

a 34D buffalo, I think it is a 34, and a 53D rosie this morning.

Been re-hunting the ole housing site blvds. this past week with the 5" coil and came away with 5 silver coins, 3 dimes and 2 Washington quarters 2 silver rings and the buffalo. The first and smaller ring read 85-87 and the honker read 89-91. Both were about 4" deep. The 5" coil allowed me to really zero in along the gutters and sidewalk edges. Often the turf near the sidewalk is raised 2-3" and along the gutter edges the ground often slopes. Consequently the 5" coil allowed me to get closer to these spots then would the larger coil, of which, I had already used on the blvds before. Both of the Wash. quarters were on edge right next to the sidewalk.

Hope everybody has a great weekend. Our oldest granddaughters high school graduation is this weekend, so any detecting will be after the weekend for me.

hi jim!
you must have lot of old easement areas next to sidewalks that you can hunt down there!
maybe near some of those old plantations with the super old trees?..bet you would find some stuff there!
