9.5x5 Coil mount just dissolved

Perfect one minute then three pieces the next and no noticeable reason. I quick patched it up but doubt it will hold. Next my hollow bolt will start snapping. Not a good start 2018!

The newer open-frame 5X9½ DD, or do you have the former solid designed 5½X10 coil? I know some original specimens of the early solid versions had mounting ear damage, but that was resolved. I have and use the newer open-frame 5X9½ DD on a CoRe, a Relic and an Impact and haven't had a single issue with them.

He's referring to the "hollow bolt"---so it's probably one of the earlier coils that had a problem with ear breakage.----Both problems of which have since been resolved.

Sorry it took a bit to get back here. Yes its the coil from my 'old' red racer and the old solid style. I'll get a note to Dilek right now. PS loving my Gold and Racer II and using the red too!

Thank you Dilek! The coil arrived today, 5 days after I emailed you the request. I could not expect faster or better service from any local company.
I don't see you becoming obsolete any time soon! You are wonderful!
