to enjoy it and to hunt some treasure....got as far as my mailbox...had my patio screen door open on this gorgeous Indian Summer Day, and when I found a 1907 lovely IH among some other mail, I surely enjoyed my day of hunting: :rofl: The 1907 IH from Mike is in far better condition for its 103 years than I am at 75 years of living on this old earth....couldn't have dug a better older coin than that, even if I had gone :detecting: and had to dig it up! Thanks, me son, for a very nice prize and thanks again for the contest! Maybe on another Indian Summer's Day, I will get a little farther away than my mailbox! ;) :lol: As you can tell, I am feeling some better and have some humor left! :) May God Bless! Yep, coudnlt get much better than that, but these gorgeous Fall days remind me of the times when I went :detecting: in Nov...wasn't too hot nor too cold at times and with the ground more moist, I remember digging some nice silver and other goodies! Sure do miss those days...hope you will be able to go hunting for hidden treasure much longer than I could before illnesses have kept me from the hobby I really enjoyed for many, many years! Sure was nice and easy.....not very far to walk to the mailbox and get the mail which included the coin given me by Mike in MI and no diggin' at all....Now that is EASY! :thumbup: May God Bless! Amen! :angel: Ma Betty
 
Eyeball finds are nice but this 1907 IH was from Mike in Mi by winning it as a prize in his recent contest! I used to find many goodies when I used to walk a lot, but unable to do that any more! COPD causes problem with breathing and tiring too easily and Old Arthur moved into me bones and muscles and won't leave; therefore, hidering me with soreness and much tiredness! Nope, no digging, just sorted the mail, which is mostly junk....but would be nice to find a nice old coin or relic in there often! :rofl: Just kidding, I really don't need anything at my age...but would be happy with better health and if my home was paid in full! Sure get tired of all these bills that keep on coming with no raise in SS for two years! But I have Jesus and He provides my every need....Thank You, Lord! Amen! May God Bless you and yours!
