New member
my wife found this 'coin'just laying on top of the ground somewhere-sorry,i cant post pics-will 'splain it to you...diameter-39mm;believe it or not;a good 1/16 inch thick-HEAVY;lookas like silver;but???...On the front is what looks like a woman;around the edge of the coin is R.IMP.HU.BO.REG.M.THERESIA.D.G. Underneath the bust of the woman is the initials S.F. On the reverse;there is an image of some kind of a coat of aems with a double-headed heraldic eagle;around the outside the letters BURG.CO.TYR.1780.X ARCHID.AVST.DUX.the edge is not reeded but plain, with engraving designs, and the words ET CLEMENTIA IUSTITIA with engraved designs between the words.any ideas/will bring it to the foprum hunt next year -I think it is a commemmoration of Mother Theresa.
